Empower your employees to drive social impact with quarterly themed Give, Do, Support, and Reward modules, fostering positive change.

Sustainability and Climate Change
Theme 1
Your employees can support sustainability and fight climate change in a number of ways:
- Give: Carbon offset contributions to Greenfleet for just $1 a day. The collective goal is to see how much carbon can be offset.
- Do: Clean up with Clean Up Australia Day. For those who can't attend, they can "sponsor" a community clean-up.
- Support: Learn more about your company's sustainability policy for free, or opt for paid options such as carbon offsetting and sustainability training.
- Reward: Doing Good Rewards offers a pre-vetted list of charities for employees to choose from, as a reward for their hard work.

Diversity, Inclusion and First Nations Peoples
Theme 2
Your employees will focus on campaigns and volunteering that supports greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace and reduces inequality for First Nations Peoples.
- Give: Support the Aurora Education Foundation Fund or choose from a variety of specific impact funds for Indigenous communities.
- Do: Participate in the Indigenous Literacy Foundation Book Swap and donate $5.
- Support: Receive guidance on developing a RAP/D&I policy for free, or opt for paid options such as accreditation with the Diversity Council of Australia or Aboriginal cultural training.
- Reward: Doing Good Rewards offers a pre-vetted list of charities for employees to choose from, as a reward for their hard work.

Communities in Need
Theme 3
Help your employees make a positive impact on communities in need:
- Give: Support Barnados' Christmas campaign and help brighten the holidays for children in need.
- Do:Participate in the Share the Dignity Bag Pack and provide essential items to women in need.
- Support: Offer an ethical Christmas gift guide to your employees as a free feature, or set up an in-office Christmas activation store with Hunger Project as a paid feature.
- Reward: Employees can choose a charity from the pre-vetted list in the Doing Good Rewards program.

Mental Health and Well-being
Theme 4
Empower your employees to take care of their own mental health and wellbeing, and support others:
- Give: Donate to Beyond Blue, Australia's leading mental health charity.
- Do: Participate in a free R U OK? campaign to help spread awareness about mental health.
- Support: Receive a free ethical Christmas gift guide or opt for paid options such as Hunger Project's in-office Christmas activation store, volunteer to run the store, or purchase ethical goods.
- Reward: Doing Good Rewards offers a pre-vetted list of charities for employees to choose from, as a reward for their hard work.
