Australian Red Cross – Donate blood and save lives

About the opportunity

The Red Cross Lifeblood Team donation program is a social responsibility program for workmates who want to make a difference. It doesn’t matter if there are 5 of you, or 500 – nothing beats the feeling of saving lives together.

The benefits

Aside from knowing that each donation is genuinely life-saving? Group blood donation is about friendship, community and a little competition.

Low time commitments. Giving blood only takes about an hour and there are no minimum time commitments.

Easy set-up and coordination with support all the way.

What’s involved

How does it work? It’s simple. It only takes 15 minutes for the actual donation and 45 minutes for the whole appointment, including a free snack and drink at the end.

If donating plasma, please add extra 30mins.

Your team can give blood all together or in smaller groups, and it’s easy to make and manage bookings online. You’ll also have access to downloadable resources as well as help coordinating team donations

Thank you for giving blood!
