Catalyser began with childhood friends Angela Kwan and Aivee Robinson. Though their careers took different paths - Angela excelled in corporate law and management, while Aivee built a career in social work and human rights - they both recognised a gap in existing workplace models. This realisation inspired them to join forces and create a solution that empowers individuals and businesses to make a bigger impact.
Today, Catalyser’s mission has evolved. Beyond simply facilitating corporate giving, the platform now focuses on personalisation, AI-driven solutions and incentives to reshape employee engagement and maximise social impact. Having expanded into Asia with plans for further growth, Catalyser offers companies a powerful way to integrate corporate social responsibility into their culture.
