A fitness challenge with ACRF

Engage your staff, enhance their wellbeing and fundraise for groundbreaking cancer research.

Social and team-based at its core, this challenge is designed to engage your team and bring them together whilst focusing on a shared mission: to reduce their own cancer risks and raise funds for cancer research.

What will your company get?

  • An ACRF hosted 1 hour lunch and learn summer seminar for all your staff focusing on melanoma with practical tips for early detection at home, a talk from a patient with melanoma and a practical Fit Feb action plan to reduce cancer risks.
  • A hat and personalised fit tips and recipes to help keep them on track for participants that reach fundraises more than $100 will receive.
  • Campaign templates, comms assets and social media content

This is a great way to engage teams, actively improve employee wellness and raise funds for a leading charity. If you have a wellness budget or matching capacity, you may like to consider offering all participants a set matching amount as an incentive e.g. $25 or $50 which we can help you set up.

Challenge your team to one month focused on doing things that could help reduce the known risks of cancer. Get in touch to launch Fit Feb on your Catalyser platform.

Education session

To wrap up Fit Feb, ACRF will invite your staff to a 45-60 min education session on melanoma as well as taking a look inside the revolutionary program that will transform the way melanoma is diagnosed in Australia

* Depending on your staff availability, the session can be face to face or virtual.

How the session works:

  • Part 1: A look at the technology revolutionising melanoma diagnosis across Australia with the team making it happen.
  • Part 2: A talk from someone diagnosed with melanoma and how an early diagnosis could change their story.
  • Part 3: The ABCD of melanoma and what to look out for.
  • Part 4: Healthy habits to commit to continue to reduce your cancer risks.
Project focus: ACEMID
