About the opportunity
Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to wildlife conservation.
Kanyana regularly accepts corporate volunteer groups who want to get involved in the community for a day.
Volunteer tasks may involve various grounds keeping duties, along with extra jobs that can include redesigning enclosures or making possum boxes.
It’s a great team building day out of the office for your team and you are helping to keep Kanyana looking beautiful and the enclosures maintained.
Additional requirements:
- – Volunteers are asked to wear comfortable clothes and closed in shoes as you will be working in a bushland setting.
- – Please bring a hat or rain jacket depending on the weather.
- – Volunteers are asked to bring their lunch. There is a fridge, kettle and microwave available for use.
