About the opportunity

Kids Giving Back is a charity providing meaningful, hands-on volunteering experiences for children 6-18 years old and their families.

Corporate Social Responsibility Programs are on offer for your staff, and/or staff and their children.

Many of the programs can be customised for corporates to participate with their children (8yrs+).

Volunteers cook several hundred meals at Our Big Kitchen (OBK), a community kitchen in Bondi, followed by making deliveries to homeless shelters and cafes/community centres for the homeless. Kids Giving Back organises all recipient organisations.

Enable your team members to:

• – Make a tangible difference through one of the programs by actively ‘giving back’ to community and positively engaging with a range of communities 
• – Spend quality time with their family members doing something good for others
• – Interact with fellow staff and their families while meaningfully engaged
• – Showcase your company’s commitment to strengthening community by hands-on meaningful volunteering

All programs include an interactive educational component designed by Kids Giving Back, bearing their hallmark “Education Action Reflection” approach.

The participation of your company in these programs assists Kids Giving Back with their mission of Creating the Next Generation of Generosity.

The cost is $90 pp + GST. (Lunch is included)

Additional requirements:

Volunteer transportation will need to be self-arranged.
