OzHarvest’s Cooking for a Cause is a hands-on cooking class open to groups of all sizes. Led by the phenomenal OzHarvest chefs, corporate teams get busy in the kitchen transforming rescued surplus food into restaurant quality meals. These meals are then delivered directly to local disadvantaged communities.
In addition to bonding over scrumptious tastings and learning useful cooking tips from a pro, this half day experience will leave a beautiful memory in the hearts and minds of your team. Your team will come away knowing they have made a difference with beautiful nourishing food, allowing those less fortunate to eat with dignity.
The cost is $175.00 per person
PLUS is the perfect way to extend your team experience with a gorgeous three course meal, after the hands-on cooking class. Celebrate and de-brief after the busy cooking session, sharing stories and new recipes around the rustic timber dining table.
The cost is $257.50 per person
Additional requirements:
Volunteers are asked to BYO water bottle and coffee cup, and utilise the specified bin system as they cook.
