Rough Edges is a community centre in Darlinghurst, NSW.
People experiencing homelessness and marginalisation can come here for support and a sense of self.
Volunteering at Rough Edges is an interactive experience.
Give your staff an immersive community experience that will build team culture while they learn about and serve the street community of Darlinghurst.
This program is designed not only as an eye-opening experience for corporate teams but also gives them the opportunity to do meaningful work that greatly benefits to the Rough Edges community.
Corporate groups will prepare and serve a meal, learn about the issues of homelessness and meet people who have lived through marginalisation in many of its forms. All the while engaging in a group activity and building stronger relationships within the team.
