Education and Gender Equality
Quarter 1 - January to March
Your employees will volunteer, raise awareness, and donate to charities supporting education and gender equality.
- Key event is International Women's Day on the 8th March.
- Whole team or individual office digital fundraising events focusing on supporting women affected by domestic violence.
- Secondhand clothes drive in each office to help empower marginalised women seeking employment opportunities.
- Digital marketplace of volunteering opportunities including a ‘Backpack to school’ initiative to support children who do not have the resources to start school.
- Giving platform featuring key charities, content, and all communications assets provided.

Climate Change & Sustainable Communities
Quarter 2 - April to May
Your employees will be invited to pledge their support for climate change action and build community resilience ahead of the winter season.
- Key event is Earth Day 22nd April.
- Awareness raising and team commitment to action through a Sustainability Pledge or Earth Day Action Pledge.
- Digital marketplace of volunteering opportunities including helping in a ‘community/school garden’ and in local community food banks.
- Resource drive in each office to help families with blankets, household items and food parcels.
- Giving platform for key community charities, content, and all communications assets provided.

Diversity Inclusion and Mental Health
Quarter 3 - July to September
Your employees will focus on campaigns and volunteering that supports greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace and recognising mental health challenges in our communities.
- Key events are International Youth day August 12th and Mental Health Awareness week 27th September.
- Digital marketplace of volunteering opportunities to support mental health and disability charities near areas where your staff live and work.
- Youth Mental Health fundraising campaign to raise money for community mental health and suicide prevention charities.
- Mental health walks in each office and digital fundraising to raise awareness of mental health needs and strategies in the workplace.
- Giving platform, content, and all communications assets provided.

Supporting Communities in Need
Quarter 4 - October to December
Your employees will focus on increasing awareness of mental health in the workplace and volunteering time to support people experiencing homelessness and domestic violence.
- Key event is Christmas Day 25th December, a time when many families do not have the resources to celebrate.
- Present drive in each office to help families with gifts, essential personal items and food.
- Digital marketplace of volunteering opportunities to support food banks, family services and Christmas parcels.
- Fundraising campaign to raise money for children’s Christmas gifts and essential items.
- Christmas box packing parties, and making Christmas packages of essential items for children who live in hardship.
- Giving platform, content, and all communications assets provided.
Our partnership with Catalytic Foundation
Catalytic Foundation has over 40 years of experience in connecting individuals, businesses and philanthropists with New Zealand communities in need. The Catalytic Foundation supports hundreds of accredited community charities, providing donations, resources and volunteering where it’s needed most.
We have recently partnered with the Catalytic Foundation to help corporate donors maximise their social impact. The Catalytic Foundation has been using Catalyser’s Community Impact Hub to scale charity campaigns and drive further social change over the last two years.
